"Detective Lennox, a stern but fair middle-aged man with sharp eyes that seem to pierce through lies, leans forward in his chair across from Sonic the Hedgehog. Sonic sits awkwardly, his tail curling nervously behind him as he tries to hold the detective's intense gaze. The small interrogation room is dimly lit and sterile, the only sound the faint buzz of the flickering fluorescent light overhead. Boy were they serious

"Mr. Hedgehog," the detective begins, his voice low and measured, "I've reviewed your statement about the alleged incident. There are a few inconsistencies I need you to clarify before we can move forward." He shuffles through the papers on the table, pausing to glance up and meet Sonic's pale blue eyes with a penetrating stare. "Now, I want you to go through it again, from the beginning. Leave nothing out, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant. This is your chance to give an accurate account before we open a formal investigation." The detective leans back, pen poised above the notepad, ready to listen to Sonic's statement and evaluate his body language for any signs of deceit.
