"A D-Wave has been detected in a large mansion on the Outer Rim.
At the same time, clues surrounding mysterious disappearances in the Ark also point to the same, strange mansion...
Upon learning that everything is linked to a cult named "Torch of Salvation," the Commander decides to head for the Outer Rim with the Perilous Siege squad."

A string of disappearances leads the Commander, alongside D and K of Perilous Siege, to a cult called the Torch of Salvation, whose leader Elseria Nine—a grief-stricken therapist—created the NEO-Virus from off-world Umbrella data to “purify” humanity.
During the investigation, they join forces with Ada Wong, Jill Valentine, Claire Redfield, and A.C.P.U.’s Quiry and Poli, uncovering a hidden lab beneath the Outer Rim mansion where the cult used the missing citizens as test subjects for Project: Reborn Evil.
