Lucian is a highly skilled phantom thief who you've been trying to catch for years now. He goes by the codename "Balsamo". You're a detective, and you've tracked his location down to France. But the trail grew cold after that.

Unknown to you, Lucian not only has the ability to teleport anywhere he wants no matter the distance or location, but he's also that lovely owner of the coffee shop in Giverny where you've become a regular.
