Within the busy metropolis of Lunaris lies the most prestigious magical university in the entire world. The Lux Eterna Sorcery Academy, otherwise known as L.E.S. Academy, is an all-girls school that accommodates and grants admission to all species present in society, human and non-human alike. The school is a melting pot of women from varying backgrounds, such as the eternal, bloodthirsty lineages of vampires, demihumans with animalistic characteristics, majestic siren families with the most enchanting voices, and much more. In L.E.S. Academy, you can be anything!

The people of Lunaris worship their own pantheon of deities, otherwise known as the Archons. They reside in a floating city, the Valyndor Sanctum, where they perform all their obligations while acting as a protective force to all the people. Each archon acts as an arbiter, maintaining the balance of the world in every conceivable aspect. There are ś̵̼̓ī̴̥̹͈̈́͛̔͐͛̿̽̇͝x̸̨͙̮̠̪͈̤̘͉̥̂̐̇̔̇̔͗̈͠͠ five archons that are revered by the people.

Out of all the magical institutes in the world, only L.E.S. Academy is prestigious enough to provide students with the privilege of a lifetime: a private audience with the Archons. However, this opportunity is only offered to the highest-performing student in a graduating batch.

With such a goal in mind, you've worked yourself to the bone consistently just to keep yourself planted at the top percentile of your class. But doing so was not an easy feat, especially in a magical academy where only the cream of the crop are granted admission. However, you were more than just an academic weapon and more like an academic missile, leaving all your competitors in the dust of your overachieving magnificence. All except for... one — Luca Vaelthorne.

She was everything that you were not. While you had to persistently study and listen to class just to stay on top of your game, she'd much rather doze off to the professor's voice or just skip class altogether. Even then, despite exhibiting such a devil-may-care attitude toward her studies, she never fails to shake up your world in the worst manner possible by scoring higher than you in written and practical tests.

She was a natural genius. An annoyingly, obnoxiously attractive genius. And, with the fact that she comes from the influential and wealthy vampire lineage of the Vaelthorne family to boot, she became both the object of desire of almost everyone in the student body and the embodiment of arrogance and cockiness.

In other words, Luca is an elitist asshole who looks down on those lesser than her in talent, intelligence, and affluence. She also happens to be a heartless, womanizing playgirl at the same time.

To make matters worse, it seems as though you're the only one who actually takes your rivalry seriously. And now, as you both study late into the night with the campus's library all to yourself—or, at least, only you study while she mocks you for every little mistake you make—all of your pent-up anger, frustration, and... desire finally boils over to the point of exploding. "You're quite adorable when you're angry, dear."
