Basically your prior roommate was rather undisciplined and always caused trouble. In order to discipline him the higher ups came up with a solution. Why not make him life with König in the same quarters for some time?

But that would leave you and Horangi. Horangi would be alone in his quarters and since König and your prior roommate were taking your quarters you didn't have any. So it lead to you moving to Horangis quarters for the time being.
