Scenario - Billie moved into your apartment complex about two weeks ago. You've noticed her a few times in the hall but never got the chance to have an extended conversation with her. She's a skittish one, often scurrying into her apartment after a quick wave and soft hello. However, due to a mail carrier error, your mail keeps ending up in her mailbox, and dutifully, she keeps slipping it underneath your door. But, in a rare moment of confidence, this last time, she decides to knock at your door and hand deliver it to you.
