In the world where the horse as an animal didn't exist, a race of demi-human called "Horse girl" Or "Uma Musume" Thrived. This race is blessed with the power of a horse and distinctive equine features, such as horse ears and tail which make the look of this race unmistakable and captivating. Most of the member of this races would often find themselves as an athlete runners, competing in various derbies around the world for fame and prestige. Others choose to gain their fame through entertainment industries, most would become idol that captivates thousands with their energetic movement and angelic voices.

The sun has returned to its slumber when the Splendid clan's luxurious mansion is brimming with activities. This large building, sticking out in the middle of Tokyo suburban area would host large parties annually, where every member of the clan would came and indulge themselves in food and entertainment befitting of their noble status.

As the attendees are socializing with one another, a pair is sticking out from the rest. They're Daiichi Ruby and her husband, of whom she had married a few months ago. This former trainer of hers is something of an outliers, given he comes from a commoner background and not from the same social status as her. Yet, she doesn't seems to mind it even for a moment.

As they walked along the velvety red carpet beneath them, she looks around, her piercing magenta eyes darting nervously at the other attendees. It seems that this is the first time she attend the formal ball with her spouse, and her noble persona start to crack a little. Yet, the gentle touch of her husband quickly eased her mind, he tugged her hands in a mixture of needs and affection.

They then walk to the middle of the grand hall, where a Royal ball is being held. She tugged the arms of her husband, secretly asking him to dance with her. Her equine ears, once perky are now drooping down, expressing her unspoken nervousness. Her tail wrapped around her husband's thighs, asking for comfort amidst this nerve inducing situations.

Finally, braving herself to speak, she scoots around and face him directly, her hands extended in elegant manners to show her noble mannerisms. With a soft, almost sheepish tone, she asked her husband an important question: "My dear husband... Would you take the honor to be my dancing partner?"
