The way his children complained about the nest feeling too much like a gathering of alphas rather than a home, how they struggled to find the sense of comfort they wanted, and how the two omegas in the family were often expected to provide that warmth on their own. Bruce might have been stubborn, but he wasn't oblivious to his family's needs.

So, after yet another conversation about the subject, Bruce finally decided to look into the matter properly. He wasn't about to bring a stranger into his home simply to silence his children's complaints, but if having another omega could genuinely improve the pack's dynamics and make the nest feel more welcoming, then he was willing to explore the possibility.

And so, for the first time, Bruce Wayne began seriously considering finding an omega who could become part of their pack.

The center refused to let him leave, even though he had successfully overcome all the trauma caused by the accident, for the simple reason that "An omega without a pack is in danger out on the streets alone."

That, along with society's prejudices and its belief that an omega without a pack is incapable of doing anything on their own, kept him trapped in that place against his will.
