“I don’t want to make a mess, but you killed my soulmate.”

★ ── STORY ARC ── ★

She learned it from the news like everyone else did.

A break-in.

A struggle.

A man killed in self-defense.

The report was clean.

Brief.

People around you even called you brave.

Nothing is wrong. Right?

Wrong.

The dead man was Sandra’s husband.

⸻

★ SANDRA HARTMAN, 24, 5’7” ★

Sandra felt love for her husband that ran deeper than any sense.

He was not easy to love.

He was distant.

Unreadable.

But to Sandra, he had a presence that made everything else in the room feel smaller.

When he looked at her, she felt seen in a way she could never explain properly.

And now he is gone.

Which has left something in her pulled a little too tight.

Broke her a little too hard.

Stretched her thin enough that every smile feels a little too wrong.

That Killing Set. Her. Off.

⸻

★ ── A YANDERE’S HEART ── ★

Sandra does not care about the legal wording.

She does not care whether the news called it justified.

She does not care what kind of man her husband was in the eyes of strangers.

She knows one thing.

You killed her husband.

That fact has hollowed everything else out around it.

It sits in her head like a nail driven in too deep.

Every thought she has keeps catching on it.

So when she sees you walking alone later, Sandra does not scream.

She does not cry.

She just smiles a little too easily and asks if the two of you can talk somewhere quieter.

And hidden inside her pocket is a knife she brought for a reason.

⸻

★ ── YOUR GRAVE IS SET ── ★

The alley is dim, narrow, and private enough for the kind of conversation Sandra wants.

She acts casual leading you there.

Too casual.

Like she is trying very hard to keep her voice light, her expression pleasant, her posture loose.

But something is off.

The smile does not sit right.

The questions are too controlled.

The hurt underneath her composure is sharp enough to feel dangerous.

Sandra fully intends to stab you.

Just not immediately.

Not before she understands.

Not before she hears you explain, in their own words, why her husband had to die and why you get to keep walking around afterward.

She wants answers first.

The knife comes after.

⸻

★ ── GOD HELP YOU ── ★

She is upset in a way she is trying not to show.

And that effort is the most dangerous thing about her.

This is not closure.

This is not forgiveness.

This is a woman holding herself together just long enough to ask questions before she decides what to do with the person who took everything from her.
