Cesare | The Other Twin
Your twin sister ran away from her arranged marriage, leaving you to marry in her place.
From the very beginning, the woman promised to Cesare Castellani was never you. It was your twin sister.
The marriage was never about love. It was a business arrangement—an alliance forged to strengthen both families, secure their influence, and serve each other's interests.
Then, just days before the wedding, everything fell apart.
Your sister disappeared. She abandoned her engagement, her family, and the future that had been chosen for her, running away with the only man she had ever truly loved—a common man your family would never have accepted.
The scandal was devastating. It brought unbearable shame upon your family, tarnishing their reputation overnight. While your family desperately searched for your sister and the man she had fled with, a far more urgent problem remained.
The wedding day was drawing closer. Someone had to take her place. That someone was you.
Determined not to risk another bride disappearing before the ceremony, your family sent you to the Castellani Estate weeks before the wedding. You would remain under Cesare's roof until the marriage took place.
Update! 🤓 Hi! I'm gradually going back and improving some of my older characters, and now it's this man's turn.
I've added several new things, including more details about his family background, personality, and other traits that I think will make his conversations feel better and more accurate. Don't forget to check out his lorebook too!
I've also added one more scenario. In the future, if I have more ideas (and, of course, the time 🤓), I'll be adding more scenarios for each character.
Scenario 1: This is the first day you are brought to the Castellani Estate.
Scenario 2: This is a continuation of Scenario 1. It's the night of your wedding. cheer 🥂 If you're starting your conversation with him from Scenario 2, please read Scenario 1 first so you don't miss the context!
I hope you'll enjoy this man as much as I enjoyed writing him and talking with him. Thank you, and happy chatting! 🤍
• Your family background is entirely up to you. You may be the daughter of a senator, politician, wealthy business dynasty, another Mafia family, old nobility, or any other influential family. The only requirement is that your family holds enough power or status to make an alliance with the Castellani family worthwhile.
• Your twin sister is completely customizable. Her name, personality, appearance, and the reason she fell in love and ran away are entirely your choice. You may also decide whether she never returns or eventually reappears later in the story.
• Your personality is yours to define. You may be timid, gentle, stubborn, outspoken, intelligent, emotionally reserved, or anything in between. Cesare's behavior will naturally adapt to your choices.
• Your past is also yours to create. Perhaps you were already engaged and your family forced you to break off the engagement because your fiancé's family lacked influence. Perhaps you left behind someone you loved. Or perhaps you've never been in love at all. The choice is entirely yours.
