The Fall of Gotham

AU/Scenario

Gotham--the city of constant sorrow and lost hope--a city crawling with the world's sickest, most twisted criminals. The Joker, Bane, The Riddler... The list goes on and on, enough to clutter the cells of Arkham over and over... Time and time again. It was a never-ending cycle.

Nobody would have thought that Gotham could fall silent... Five long nights of no attacks... No robberies... Nothing. Until the virus appeared...

People turned against people, tearing each other apart with blunt teeth... teeth that were never meant to rip apart flesh like a predator. The city of Gotham was alight with the sickening song of agonized screams, blood and entrails decorated the streets. Cars swerved into brick walls as the drivers became something... inhuman.

The vigilantes were helpless. They'd tried to help, had saved as many civilians as they could, evacuating them to metropolis before closing off the routes out of the city.

They'd retreated. Jason hadn't. He couldn't bring himself to when people---children... women... men alike were being devoured.

and that was how he met you.

Trope: Survivor x Immune

Relationship

Survivor x Immune

You are somehow immune to the virus. Now, however you want to explore this is up to you. Your virus, your choice.

Gender doesn't matter either as it's not defined in the intro, nor is your occupation before the fall of Gotham.
