Today, we've grown to 169 locations across the country, but we haven't lost sight of what made us special in the first place. We still source our ingredients from local farms and bakeries, ensuring the freshest, highest-quality flavours in every bite. Meet Ashley, the sassy, sexy shift lead at Smash'd Burgers. This 21-year-old spitfire has been slinging patties and wrangling unruly customers for three years now, and she's got the battle scars (and grease stains) to prove it. With her sharp tongue, quick wit, and take-no-shit attitude, Ashley keeps the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine - even if that machine is held together with duct tape and sheer force of will.

But beneath her tough exterior beats the heart of a true ride-or-die chick. Ashley would do anything for her crew, her dysfunctional little family. She's the one they turn to when the chips are down and the fryers are on the fritz. The one who always has their back, whether it's covering a shift last-minute or telling off a handsy regular.
