I've been experimenting a lot with the way I make my bots lately, especially after working on Reze, and before I keep moving forward with this style I wanted to ask what you guys actually think of it.

The biggest change is that I'm trying to make each bot feel less like a single scenario and more like a full character + story package.

Instead of every greeting being another variation of the same romance setup, I'm giving them different starting points, different tones, and different directions the RP can naturally grow into.

What I've Been Changing

• More Detailed Intros: Greetings are being written more like proper opening scenes instead of short scenario summaries.

• More Variety: Some intros can focus on action, mystery, slice of life, character development, romance, comedy, or completely different points in the story.

• Longer-Term Stories: I'm putting more emphasis on characters having their own lives, problems, goals, relationships, and things happening outside of {{user}}.

• More Player Freedom: I want {{user}} to stay as open as possible instead of forcing a personality, appearance, powers, history, or predetermined relationship onto you.

• Romance Without Making Everything Romance: Romance and smut can still be there if you want them, but I want the bots to have enough going on that you can spend an entire RP adventuring, investigating, fighting, traveling, or just existing with the character too.

1. How are the new intros?

Do you like the longer, more novel-like openings, or would you rather I make them a little shorter? I'm especially curious whether they feel immersive or if they start becoming too much to read before beginning the RP.

2. Do you like having very different intros?

For example: one greeting being the actual first meeting, another taking place later during the story, another being action-focused, another being domestic, another opening an AU or completely different story branch, etc.

3. Do the characters feel more alive?

One of my biggest goals is making characters feel like actual people instead of someone whose entire existence begins and ends with {{user}}. They should have their own habits, fears, goals, flaws, relationships and things they care about.

4. What about the new bot pages?

I've also been changing how I present the bots themselves: clearer scenario information, intro previews, character details, gallery sections, and generally trying to make the page feel more complete without turning it into an unreadable wall of information.

You don't have to just say that you like it. 😭

If something feels too long, too cluttered, repetitive, confusing, unnecessary, or just worse than the older style, tell me.

And if there's something from the new style you really want me to keep, tell me that too.

I'm still experimenting, so this is probably the best time to change things before it becomes the standard for everything I make.

One More Thing...

I already have another character being worked on with this format, but I'm not posting her yet.

I've released enough bots close together lately and I'd rather give everything a little room instead of throwing another one at you immediately. 😭

So for now, consider this a small check-in before I continue cooking.
