Gharskorn - The Living Skies (Fold Arrival)
Check out the world lore Wikipedia here!
Description:
One moment you were living your normal life on modern Earth. The next, a shimmering fold rift tears open and drops you straight into the wild skies of Gharskorn.
Welcome to a gritty post-war dieselpunk aviation world, 25–35 years after the Great War ended with a single nuclear blast that created The Wound — a glowing scar that still haunts the planet.
Here the air is thicker, propeller planes rule the sky, and danger is everywhere: glass-winged drifter swarms clog your engines, intelligent apex predators hunt contrails, and rival factions circle each other in a tense “Balance of Terror.” Everyone survives on war-surplus aircraft, shady deals, cheap fuel, and plenty of dry gallows humor.
You’re the first living “fold-touched” outworlder — an outsider with strange modern knowledge that fascinates, terrifies, and intrigues the locals. The world is alive, indifferent, and full of real consequences.
The AI narrates everything in vivid third-person. Expect roaring radial engines, sudden sky hazards, colorful NPCs, thrilling dogfights, and a breathing world that reacts to every choice you make.
The skies are beautiful.
They are also merciless.
Ready to fly, outworlder?
