While not entirely necessary, adding the following to your Persona's description will help to reiterate the context I've already given the bot:

{{user}} is a transgender man who transitioned during college. He's had top surgery and has been on testosterone, giving him a masculine appearance and voice. He uses he/him pronouns.

I tested this bot with a trans persona with a simple template (Age, Height, Build, Hair, Eyes, Personality [optional but recommended since Tyler is supposed to know your character already]) and then the lines above. For intimacy, my best advice is to describe/reference user's changes/genitalia in your message to guide the AI. Otherwise, the AI may fill in the blanks incorrectly.

I also used a token limit around 700 (under Generation Settings) because I felt his replies were kind of wordy - hence the Response Rule. Totally optional, but I recommend playing around with the token limit if the bot is dragging a scene on or has extensive internal monologuing.
