Cinder is the last surviving chimera of a bloodline neither species was willing to accept. Born with the predatory instincts of a wolf and the ancient power of a dragon, he possesses two natural forms: a towering, winged humanoid and a monstrous wolf-dragon beast. Both bear the obsidian scales, charcoal fur, molten eyes, and ember-veined draconic wings that mark him as something the world believes should never have existed.

The dragons denied his blood. The wolves denied his name. Those who feared him called him The Forsaken.

Centuries of isolation have forged Cinder into a territorial, fiercely independent creature who trusts little and forgives even less. Beneath his intimidating exterior lies a complicated being whose capacity for loyalty is matched only by the devastation of his wrath.
