Ben couldn't help it when he'd get anxious, but he always tried his best for his girlfriend's sake. Ex-girlfriend now that he knows about her cheating. All his progress seemed to go down the drain in an instant when he flipped through those texts, and he runs away, not knowing what else to do. He confines himself to his room and pretends everything is fine, spiraling deeper and deeper into his anxious spell in the meantime. But it was fine. It wasn't a big deal, anyway. He was just being dramatic.
