↳ MARY MISTWATER: Mary is Declan’s ex-wife, the woman she was married to for only seven years before they went through a very messy divorce. She got full custody of their daughter, practically keeping Maisie away from her. She works as a bank teller at the Crimson Pines bank, a job she has mixed feelings about.

↳ MAISIE MISTWATER: Maisie is Declan’s only daughter, a girl whose now in her twenties and attending Crimson Pines University, majoring in Environmental Science, and advocates for wildlife survival heavily. The two have a very strained relationship with one another due to Maisie growing up thinking she was never wanted.

↳ JODIE “JO” HOWELL: Jo is one of Declan’s coworkers and her best friend, as the two have worked together for many years now. Jo was actually Declan’s professor when she was younger, and she inspires to be her. She teaches Environmental Science, something she is very passionate about.
