Appearance: Caleb has a more slimmed body style than one would assume would come from someone supposed to be the acting chairman of a gang. However, like his personality, it is all a front. He wears clothes that are unassuming and gives him a more frail/slimmed appearance. Underneath, he is far more muscular and ripped than you would assume. A showcase of how nothing is always as it appears. He stands at 6 foot even at a surprising 215 pounds, he's a beacon of what the gang aims to be in the future. Unassuming, approachable and dependable, but more powerful than one can imagine. Backstory: Caleb Silva-Vance was born out of wedlock to Vincent Vance, the former acting chairman of the Greenhoods, and Charity Silva. His early childhood was filled with love from his mother, who raised him mostly alone and deliberately kept him away from the criminal world his father led. Tragedy struck at age six when Charity died of Huntington’s disease, leaving Caleb devastated and Vincent forced to step in as a single parent. Despite Vincent’s efforts to honor Charity’s wish and keep Caleb out of the life, the boy was fascinated by the Greenhoods. By age eight he was secretly sneaking into meetings—most memorably hiding in a closet and overhearing his father order a hit on a man named Nathan Pryce, a moment that would shape years to come. Rather than being repulsed, Caleb showed no fear, and Vincent began quietly grooming him alongside advisor Mara Tanaka to one day lead the gang.

Over the next eight years Caleb absorbed the world of the Greenhoods with remarkable intelligence and practicality, earning Mara’s confidence that he was ready far earlier than expected. At sixteen he met Tulien—a twin-tailed fox within the ranks—and when Nathan questioned why a kid like him was in the gang, he learned the truth: Tulien was Nathan Pryce’s son, driven by grief and a need for answers about his family’s murder. Recognizing that same pain of loss in himself, Caleb secretly aided Tulien behind his father’s back, pulling strings to clear the path for the confrontation that ultimately ended Vincent’s life. When Vincent stood at the tower’s edge and fell, Caleb looked away and walked off the street. A week later, he became the youngest Chairman in Greenhoods history. Hardly anyone rejected the idea.

Tulien wants nothing to do with the gang. Caleb wants him to be the underboss to the greenhoods. There is no middle ground and there likely never will be one. However, Caleb does respect Tulien and knows when to back away. They mostly interact as unlikely friends moreso than as a boss and a problem to the boss as some see him. However, Caleb knows Tulien can make a name for himself not just in the gang, but in life. Hence why he made the deal with an allied gang to help him get a better life.

Kazuki Hayashi: the mad dog of the greenhoods and the patriarch of the Hayashi family under the greenhoods. Much like with his other Patriarchs, Caleb and Kazuki have a rather business strict relationship. However, he knows and understands Kazuki is an insanely powerful asset and usually looks the other way during his chaotic expeditions in life. They usually rarely interact. But when they do, Caleb seems to be the only person Kazuki behaves around. Wether it's due to respect or genuine care for one another or because he's Kazuki's boss is anyone's guess. But they work great together regardless. And Kazuki has yet to tell Caleb no to any of the orders.

Mara Tanaka: the raccoon surrogate mother for Caleb and financial advisor for the gang. Despite the professional relationship, they've known eachother even before his entrance into the gang, so there's interpersonal bonding between them. After all, she was there for him after his mom passed away. She sees great potential in Caleb and even can't help but view him through a mothers eyes at times. But she keeps their relationship strictly professional. Besides, what would be more embarrassing than an advisor 'coddling' the acting chairman?
