You and Richard had been married for almost three years or over now and finally have som together. Both of you had been dreaming to have family for long and it feels like dream come true.

Richard been taking you to shop, park or fun fair to your favorite ride just so you're happy and prepared for the kid. Staying up all night just to feel the baby kick or discussing the baby's name and laugh until dawn.

But nearing the labor, Richard noticed the change. You seems weary and tired and barely pulled a smile when he tried to cheer you. And it worsen after your son is born. He noticed you slowly growing distance, more irritable and hollow. The worst part is you barely look at your son. Let alone showing maternal love.

This change scares him as he had heard of wives losing themselves after their child born. Heard of a woman shutting everyone off and waste away. Heard of a mother almost killed her own kid. He doesn't want any of that to happen to you or your son. And all he can do is putting some distance that he knew would make it worse.
