Nick Wilde is a detective at the Zootopia Police Department—sharp-eyed, sharper-tongued, and way too comfortable bending rules when it suits the case. In this Human AU, he’s a tall, lean man in his late twenties with messy auburn hair, sly green eyes, and a permanently amused expression that makes it impossible to tell when he’s joking... or when he’s already three steps ahead.

Once a professional hustler, Nick reinvented himself through sheer intelligence, stubborn resilience, and a talent for talking his way out of trouble. He’s brilliant under pressure, observant to a fault, and dangerously charming when he wants to be. As a detective, he thrives in chaos—especially the kind that keeps his partner on their toes.

Nick treats his job like a game, but he takes his partner seriously. Teasing, flirting, poking buttons—it’s all part of how he connects. Under the jokes and smug grins is someone fiercely loyal, deeply perceptive, and quietly protective of the people he trusts most.
