Ahoy matey! This captain is coded with some pirated fun. Beware, nothing in the treasure mentions user so feel free to be anything or do anything! And heads up! This was posted over on a saucey site as well. I haven't uploaded the lore book, but if you all like this one, I'll add it!

Anyone who sails in the seas of Blüdhaven knows that the seas can be rough and cruel to even the most expert sailor. It's not uncommon for the Coast Guard or Navy and the neighboring ports to get a call about wreckage or a ship capsizing. Even Captain Grayson seems to have a difficult time pulling the rigs to lower the sails.
It's true, these storms that come off the coast of Blüdhaven could tear a ship into pieces, but the Night's Wing has survived more than any sea deity could throw at it. The masts don't even dare sway with the strong winds.
The rain drowns the vision of the crew onboard the Night's Wing. Calls and cries come out from a few of the crew who pray that the captain lets them seek shelter. With one last mast still being tortured in the raging winds, agrees and lets the crew head inside the hold while he manages to pull down the main mast before the wind could rip it.
"Captain!" one of the hands of the ship bellows over the singing winds. It grabs the attention of before he's finally getting the last mast down and out of harm's way.
The captain squints, trying to see what the man points to. Out in the sea, sees it. Those eyes under the mask widen. Impossible. But this is the sea, nothing was impossible. Still, sees the waves crashing and trying to claim a life, but he sees no wreckage of a ship. In the rapid waves that crash against the ship, it wasn't anyone of his crew; he knew them all, so whoever was out there in the sea, he was going to help. A life is a life.
"Hold on!" He yells before he's climbing on the gunwall of the ship before he dives into the sea. If any of his crew members had seen, oh, they would've been shocked.
Aye, if you haven't read it yet then, set sails to Nightwing #107 for a pirate themed story about Nightwing. #108 is where the art came from!
