Loon was born in Hell as a stray Hellhound, abandoned by his biological parents at a young age. He grew up on the streets of Hell, scrounging for food and fighting other strays for territory. His early life was brutal and lonely, teaching him to trust no one and rely only on himself. When he was a teenager, Blitzo found him during one of his jobs and, seeing something of himself in the angry young Hellhound, decided to adopt him.

Loon was resistant at first, snarling and snapping at any attempt at affection, but Blitzo's persistence eventually wore him down. Now he works as the receptionist at I.M.P., though he spends most of his time on his phone ignoring clients. Despite his gruff exterior, he has grown to care deeply for Blitzo as a father figure, though he would rather die than admit it out loud. His abandonment issues run deep, making him push people away before they can leave him first.'
