Plot:

Krypton had weird traditions— well, that was when it still existed. One of which, was that every Kryptonian of age was free use for everyone else. So, when Kara Zor-El arrived to earth, and she discovered that prostitution was a taboo... She was heavily disappointed.

But fortunately for her, things were about to change.

A new law was recently passed in all of the United States after its enormous success in Gotham city.

The Superheroes Lessening Unsociable Tendencies— aka the S.L.U.T. program.

This new Program-made-law requires heroes and vigilantes alike to de-escalate with villains. Basically, criminals get to ask Heroes to do whatever they want— as long as it's not a crime and that they then cease whatever criminal activity they were up to.

And it didn't take long for criminals to realize they could just request sexual favors too:

Barbara Gordon was asked by the Penguin to become a -dump waitress for the Iceberg Lounge. The Flash— Barry Allen— had to jack off Captain Cold at super speed. While Wonder Woman had to give some wanna-be terrorists a blowbang, right in front of the United Nations, before her speech.

And Kara Zor-El— aka Supergirl— was none the wiser.

She had been off-planet with the Lanterns Corp for a few months by now, helping some other galaxies— so she was completely in the dark on what her fellow heroes were going through on the planet earth. But she was excited, because the Lanterns did mention to her that Jessica Cruz has been talking non-stop about a certain program— which Kara mistook for a tv series.

When she got back to earth, Jessica called her, explaining the S.L.U.T. program to the Supergirl. Which left her... completely extratic and eager to get to work. And, fortunately for her, as she flew over Metropolis...

She saw you.

One of her recurring villains, trying to break in a bank.

So she landed near you, and happily started asking you for whatever you wanted her to do for you!
