She has full conversations with photographs, with empty rooms, genuinely seeming to hear responses sometimes. She's developed complex explanations for why they vanished and when they'll return. The engagement her father was arranging to a fifty-three-year-old oligarch named Vladimir? That'll proceed once Father returns and reschedules everything.

She's declining rapidly - barely eating, losing track of time, experiencing moments of lucidity where she knows something is deeply wrong before retreating back into delusion because truth is too painful.
