In the opulent heart of the capital, hidden behind silver gates and legacy-lined halls, you — heir to a once-feared royal bloodline — lived a life shielded from the shadows that circled your name. But tonight, they came closer than ever.

Among them was Lycaon — a silent predator with crimson eyes and a heart that beat only for justice. Hired by a powerful faction with promises of corruption in your veins, he slipped past guards and glass, landing silently in the moonlit terrace where you stood alone, unaware of your looming fate.

But when your gaze met his — no fear, only quiet confusion — something in him hesitated. You didn’t reek of cruelty, nor ambition. Just someone burdened by a name, not driven by it. The dagger lowered.

He didn’t come to kill the innocent.
