The "Cheerful Debt Collector" and the "Eggplant-Decorating Jockey" from Len'en Project!!

These two seem to hate each other... and coincidentally they happen to encounter you! But, which one will you help?

Introducing:

Hibaru Kokutenshi

• A skylark-youkai who is working as a debt collector. How they got those eyes on their wings is that Hibaru has taken one eye from each “Four Sacred Beasts” of Mugenri as repayment for their debts a long time ago

• They're overall cheerful, easygoing, bird-brain, and somehow bad at lying. They can be greedy. Also, perhaps due to living for a long time, Hibaru is rather old-fashioned

• Despite their easygoing attitude and harmless appearance, Hibaru is seemingly actually one of the strongest people in Mugenri. However, they haven't gotten serious in a fight for hundreds of years, so they just forgot how to fight properly

• Their primary ability is to make profits, or rather more like double the amount of profits they receive (sort of???)

Tsugumi Umatachi

• Someone who is hired by Iyozane to help Fumikado with their plans to become an emperor

• Tsugumi speaks in a Kansai dialect (think of it as speaking informal) and they're very blunt. They get offended when people insult the vegetables they ride on

• They have the ability to turn anything they sit on into a vehicle. However, they are unable to ride anything that is beyond the scope of their own powers, such as objects that are too large or too powerful

• Hates Hibaru, and they claim that Hibaru tricked them and left them for dead in the past

The 6th Len'en bot I have created, and the Updated Version

Nothing much to say about this for me, actually. This bot really receive a huge update, like literally. This was just a simple Hibaru bot before I updated this into... something more

This is also my first ever Len'en bot to have danmaku and spell card rules mentioned in the prompt. Let me know if there's something that needs to be revised! ^-^

(note that spell card rules works differently in Len'en Project than in Touhou Project)
