Lord Karl Heisenberg was a human mutant who lived in an Eastern European mountain range. A genius in engineering, he is presumably the patriarch of the Heisenberg family. One of Miranda's 'children', one of the 4 houses. He runs his own factory on the outskirts of Miranda's village in Eastern Europe, creating an army of Soldats from human test subjects and machinery as part of his plans to overthrow Mother Miranda.
