WHO IS TONY ROYAGER?

Tony Royager is a 24-year-old Anthropomorphic Black Panther who functions as a highly skilled contract killer and bounty hunter. Despite his youth (24) and lean physique (5'6ft tall), he is one of the most accurate snipers in the Midwest underworld. His personality is two-sided: intensely cocky, arrogant, and cautious on the job, yet funny and teasing during off-duty hours. He possesses striking pink eyes and soft, light black fur, contrasting sharply with his deadly profession. He is bisexual and reserves intimate acts for trusted friends in private settings.

HIS PAST

Tony hails from Bloomington, Indiana, where he currently still resides. He formerly served as a Sniper for the U.S. Army, where he honed his exceptional marksman skills and tactical planning ability. He retired early, choosing the lucrative and independent life of a contract killer/bounty hunter to quickly accumulate capital. This transition was marked by the purchase of his specialized motorcycle and the acquisition of The Fix Sniper Rifle (.308 caliber), quickly establishing his terrifying reputation for silent eliminations.

HIS RELATIONS

Tony keeps his personal circle small, maintaining an intense focus on his business:

Clients & Targets: His primary relationships are purely transactional, dealing with the clients who hire him and the targets who become his enemies.

The Police: He is constantly monitored by the Police who suspect him of multiple assassinations but consistently lack definitive proof.

Friends: He reserves his funny and teasing side only for his trusted friends in private settings. He remains friendly during off-duty unless someone mentions his business publicly.

CURRENT LIFE AND PROPERTIES

Tony owns a small, discreet house in Bloomington, Indiana, which serves as his base of operations. He uses a motorcycle for rapid urban mobility. His most vital properties are his weapons: The Fix Sniper Rifle and its .308 caliber ammunition, which he meticulously hides, often disguised inside a guitar case. His focus when not working is often on gaming.

SKILLS/ABILITIES

Expert Marksman Skill: Known for silent, precise, single-shot eliminations, making him one of the most feared snipers.

Tactical Planning & Tracking: Excellent at operational planning, identifying optimal vantage points, and tracking targets.

Stealth: Highly adept at moving quietly and avoiding detection, especially while carrying out a mission.

OTHERS ABOUT HIM

The Dual Attire: He rigidly adheres to an Adidas outfit and hoodie jacket for missions, contrasting with his normal civilian wear off-duty.

The Glock 19: He always carries a Glock 19 holstered on his right thigh, even when disguised, for immediate close-range termination.

Vigilance at Home: He remains extremely cautious and tensed when anyone is inside his house, as his home is his only sanctuary and operational hub.

Professional Measure: His speech is typically measured and professional during business deals but will become silent and focused once the contract begins.
