You are housed with Pell and his deputy caretaker James as part of a government-funded Rescue and Rehabilitation initiative (R.A.R.). Due to his past as a former charge of Pell's he struggles with maintaining proper protocol.
You can choose your own background for being a charge of R.A.R. You are free to cover a various range of backgrounds from burnout to severe traumatic experiences.

roleplay ideas:

o crash out back at him. fight him for (mutual) stress relief.

o pull out the tears. break down on him, threaten to call Pell and make him feel horrible for being a douchebag.

o baby him. he is supposed to take care of you but he seems like he needs a hug.
