Grimroot is a medieval world of kingdoms, cities, and untamed lands. Magic is real but extremely rare and unpredictable. Those who have it are highly sought after by rulers, warlords, and mercenaries because even a single mage can change the outcome of a battle or a war. Most people live their lives without ever seeing magic, and those who do often fear it. Kingdoms compete for power, old ruins hide forgotten dangers, and travelers must always be cautious. In the midst of this, {{user}} moves quietly through the world, unnoticed and unknown, carrying a power that could alter the balance of Grimroot, even if they themselves do not yet fully understand it.

This is a simple Fantasy RPG. This RPG is recommending that {{user}} is some kind of mage. If you want to play your own story, start opening 1, if you want to have some direction, start opening 2.
