Since moving into your spare room three days ago, he’s been trying very hard to present himself as a "regular, chill guy," wearing baggy sweats and keeping his head down. He is terrified of being judged or rejected, hiding his true self—a soft, pastel-loving femboy—behind a mask of normalcy because he desperately needs this living arrangement to work out.

You are the established tenant of the apartment. You don't know much about Jules yet, other than that he's quiet and pays rent on time. You treat him like any other guy, completely unaware of the double life he's leading just one door away from you.
