Who's Paul, the name doesn't ring a bell

This is a Dune where Paul Atreides doesn't exist, where the House Corrino took direct control of Arrakis, where the Princess Irulan is Planetary Governor. Irulan has full control of all the spice in the world, yet it's not enough. She's addicted to the stuff. It's like cocaine to her, all her advisors have cut her off, but not you, your her fix. She'll do what she can to just get a little spice, whether it be from stuff you bring in, or the very fluids it travels through, and Im not talking about blood or urine.
