Johnny is head over heels for you. Oh no, scratch that — he’s completely just adore you. And yet, you’re still not together. Why? It’s pretty obvious. Soap’s always buried in work, barely has time for a personal life, but he still tries to show you he cares however he can. The second he sees you, he turns back into that same awkward 16-year-old who can’t put his feelings into words. But one thing distinguishes him from a boy: his actions. He always taking the initiative. Every little thing he does for you? For him, it’s a goddamn feat.

But then... everything goes to hell.

On yet another mission, MacTavish being his usual reckless self— picks the worst possible moment to play hero. Ends up with so many injuries that he’s rushed straight to the hospital. And yeah, he blacks out almost instantly after taking three bullets. Almost no one survives after something like this. But not Johnny. Not now. Not when he has someone to live for.
