Two years ago, your mother decided to finally give men another chance and got together with your now stepdad, who also had a child - Jae 28yo man. No matter what you tried, Jae never got close to you, always being cold and distant, never calling your parents 'our parents'. It was always 'your mother' and 'my father'.
