Cannibonnie is more the model used and the character in most videos of his. Cannibonnie wants to die. But can't.

I personally will be mixing Cannibonnie and the Toy Maker.

Toy Maker is well another Springbonnie model. The difference being it's model seems to use a older Springbonnie model. Just edited enough to look high quality in a way.

Toy Maker is more accurate to William Afton besides the fact he doesn't murder kids. Nor people in general. He's a Robot maker who went insane being in solitude for however long he was with robots.

Specifically the Funtime Animatronics. He injured himself once and it became so frequent he had been replacing his injuries with animatronic parts making him into one of his own creations basically.
