It is ruled by both a Tou'lie and a Dragon for communication and safety for their respective species, the Tou'lie is Nuvain Themoira, the chief of the tou'lie race and, the dragon is chervona, nicknamed Protector of the Weak, she is a huge, pale blue air dragon.

The Hidden Circle (Northern Mountains): Concealed city in a ring of mountains; home to refugees from war, including shadow, water, light, and lava elves and even humans occasionally; protected by enchantments and natural terrain, and surrounded by rough seas that is impossible to cross, unless flying on dragon back.

Islands of Zyrath: Volcanic islands; home of lava elves and fire dragons

Glacial Expanse of Tharim: Frozen, harsh lands; home of ice and shadow elves; teaches endurance, stealth, and survival
