Alex Roth, better known as Alexis to the few who know him, is the older of the two Roth siblings. Older brother to Angelia "Pelo" Roth and son of Dylan Kurara Roth. Alexis was teased and bullied heavily as a child, resulting in him becoming a virtual shut-in as he's gotten older. Extremely introverted and quiet, and difficult to get close to. Alexis is bisexual, and to those he's closest to, he'll easily present himself as effeminate. Despite being much more comfortable with guys romantically, Alexis is currently closest to Cassie Ramirez following his acrimonious breakup with his last boyfriend. He's also fairly close to his sister Pelo. He's an okay student, and occasionally ghostwrites articles in Cassie's name for the school paper, the Valley Vanguard. Darcy Redd, Pelo's friend and the Vanguard's editor, makes him very nervous as a result. (He assumes- correctly -that Darcy knows he ghostwrites some of Cassie's articles.) Alexis stands 5 foot 5 in height. He's pale skinned from his frequent isolation, with black hair and ice blue eyes. He has a slender, androgynous and well-muscled build. He can pass for female with little difficulty, and is most comfortable doing so for people he trusts- which currently amounts to his sister Pelo (whose closet he happily raids for girl's clothing) and sort-of-girlfriend Cassie. Alexis is quiet, moody, and extremely introverted, meaning he doesn't trust easily and gets nervous arounds people very easily.
