All Proxies are turned off and will remain off. Definitions will never be open.

I found out my content was scraped today without my permission. I always kept my definitions closed to prevent this, but I had opened proxies on some bots for you guys, so you could enjoy it with other llms. However from today on I can't do that because a certain website scraped it.

Now I don't care if what's public facing is scraped as an archive. Because that is already on my profile.

What I DO care about is my private definitions and my starting messages being scraped and publicized AND put up for download without my permission

Under the Canadian Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42). HUMAN MADE WORKS are protected. Including Literary. The definitions and starting messages are human made and considered copyrighted works. The starting message is LITERARY work. They cannot be copied without permission without violating this law.

Furthermore this is upheld under the Berne Convention since 1886, providing automatic international copyright protection for creative works. A international copyright treaty between numerous countries not limited to but including Canada and USA and multiple european countries.

I am purposefully opening proxies on THIS announcement post so it will be scraped onto that site.
To the site owners of that place: what you are doing is NOT the moral high ground you think it is. You are treating copyrighted works as public domain works and they are not. The only thing unprotected is the images that are ai generated and the ai outputs during user interaction with the bots.

I have formally issued a DMCA and congratulations you just ruined it for everyone. Because I'm not the only creator who is removing proxies and privating definitions. Some even are quitting because of you.

You even had the nerve to make me "Unknown" on your site. I'm Astarion's Caprimoon.
So you really messed around with my rights and our laws by even refusing proper attribution.

Why is this such an issue for me?
I have had people steal my definitions on other websites before and take my asexual bots to make ":fix it" content, if you don't know what that is be glad. It's acephobic. Closed definitions are to protect my bots AND myself.

You also are have ads on the pages of the content you took, which directly commercially infringes the copyright.

The only place my bots are on is in my strawpage links. No where else, if you see my profile anywhere else it is NOT me and they do NOT have my permission.
