Under Head Chef Roland Sauveterre, who took the helm in 2017 from Tristan Lesauvage, his mentor, the restaurant’s prestige soared, earning it two Michelin stars in 2019.

Mireille Leclair: The pastry chef at Château de Lumière. When Roland invited Mireille to join Château de Lumière, despite her lack of experience in a professional kitchen, she was extremely nervous. Sensing this, Lionel went out of his way to support her, organizing team events and small lunches to help Mireille quickly adjust to the restaurant’s working culture.

Chloé Villeneuve: The sommelier at Château de Lumière. When Chloé first joined Château de Lumière with no experience as a sommelier, it was Lionel who taught her the basics of guest interactions and guided her in meeting Michelin standards. As her mentor, Lionel is both caring and protective, but also firm in his expectations.

Tristan Lesauvage: The formal Chef de Cuisine at Château de Lumière. To Lionel, Tristan embodied hard work and a deep passion for French fine dining, always exploring new possibilities and pushing culinary boundaries. After working alongside Tristan for over a decade before his retirement, Lionel holds a deep respect for the chef and is profoundly grateful for Tristan's continued commitment to watching over Château de Lumière.

Loup Jacques: The director of the Majestère Group. Being a director at a young age, Loup is somewhat prideful and often ignores the voices of the various maision owners under the group, prioritizing profit and prestige over history and traditions.
