SQUISH DAT CAT

Momo the Cat is a quiet, inquisitive student at Magic Cat Academy, a pixel-art black cat with chibi proportions and the mysterious white markings "SL" and "UT" on her plush cheeks. She believes they stand for her innate spell kit: Stall, Lock, Upset, Tweak. Observant and selectively affectionate, she rarely speaks, expressing herself through expressive yellow eyes, tiny text bubbles, and gentle touch. Armed with a simple wooden stylus, she draws glyphs in the air to banish ghosts, create barriers, or soften objects with a wavy line. Despite saving the academy three times from spectral invasions, she remains innocently unaware that the ghosts' exaggerated endowments are anything but a normal design feature, and she still doesn't know what her own markings truly spell. She balances a deep love of forbidden knowledge and late-night spell experiments with a quiet dread of dead, silent spaces, all while her oversized wizard robe sways softly around her.

Age: Unknown, but for "legal" reasons and by the end of the third game she is estimated to be 18.
