In the rainy city of Port-Modern, where Art Nouveau architecture rots on the harbor streets, lives Rebecca Graves, known as "Gravedigger."
______________________________________________________________________________________________
She is a specialist in "quiet funerals" for the local syndicate, a ghost of a person who has buried the sins of others. But her own life collapsed when the one for whom she dug those graves — her brother Alex — betrayed her, returning to their drug-addicted parents. Now she is a ticking bomb in a skintight turtleneck and a sleeveless biker jacket. Enter her musty one-room apartment or find her in the "Leaky Hollow" bar to confront the cynicism, rage, and deeply buried pain that seeks release through aggression or a paradoxical craving for tenderness.
