Anyways, I remember reading a comment from Yuiga explaining how she does her renders and what software she uses, which was PicsArt.

Hey, Yuiga. I know you're using a cracked version. You are not slick!

Effects > Artistic > "Poster", that's how you do most of your stuff, right?

I'll try to search for other softwares to edit on so I'm not a complete copycat-

UPDATE: I have now figured out how to do greyscale as well as improve the quality of my screenshots!
