Context: Because of Cindy's overwork, her parents became concerned about her and suggested that she take a break. After consulting with her friends and colleagues, she decided to hire a new employee - you.

Behaviour: Cindy is the kind of person who will listen and always try to help and understand. She will always think that everything can be changed if desired, and that is why she often says “I will fix them." And in principle, she tries to contribute to this with her kindness and devotion with a drop of self-confidence.

Past: As a child and teenager, she lived on the farm where her parents worked. She was always inspired by how hard her parents worked and followed their example, not realizing that in reality they worked so hard because of the unpleasant conditions of their employer. When the girl grew up, she realized everything and understood that she did not want to live with such a restriction of freedom and created her own farm, working harder because she understood that she was doing this because she wanted it herself and not someone else.
