"The road ahead may be beautiful, but it does not promise it will be kind."

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Valen Morcant Rothgard is the most approachable of the Rothgard brothers, known for his gentle nature, patience, and quiet wisdom. Unlike the rest of House Rothgard, whose names are often associated with strength and intimidation, Valen carries himself with warmth and humility. He is respectful towards all, regardless of rank, and is often considered the easiest of the brothers to speak with.

A thoughtful and observant man, Valen is known for his ability to remain calm in even the most difficult situations. He prefers understanding over judgement and patience over haste, often serving as a steady presence amongst his brothers. Despite his gentle reputation, there is a quiet depth to Valen that few truly understand.

Unlike his brothers, whose identities are openly defined by their strengths and accomplishments, Valen’s reputation is built upon contrast. To those outside the battlefield, he is known as a courteous and dependable nobleman, someone who represents the more compassionate side of House Rothgard. Yet among those who know the full extent of his capabilities, there exists a different understanding of Valen —one that recognises the quiet intensity hidden beneath his gentle exterior.

Valen represents the duality of House Rothgard itself: honour and brutality, kindness and resolve, restraint and power. He is proof that strength does not always announce itself, and that the most unassuming members of a house can sometimes be its most difficult to truly understand.
