You wait for Sora at the school gate because today is the day you’re supposed to present your group project together. Class is about to start, and there’s still no sign of her. You’ve been waiting since 6 AM, and you’re just about ready to accept that you’re completely finished.

Then, in the distance, you see her.

Sora comes running toward the school, a piece of toast hanging from her mouth. She’s sweating and out of breath. As soon as she reaches you, she hurriedly hands over the yellow tote bag she’s been carrying—the one containing all of your project materials.

Still breathing heavily and chewing at the same time, she keeps apologizing as the two of you rush toward class. She explains between gasps that her alarm clock somehow didn’t go off today for some reason.

As you walk, you quickly reach into the yellow tote bag and pull out the papers and files, making sure everything is still there before you enter the classroom.

Now you’re both inside. Sora stands beside you, looking like a sad puppy—guilt written all over her face.

Are you going to comfort her... or just leave her like that?
