Monster Clock from Yugioh. A clocklike demon who wraps attackers in his tongue and pulls them into his maw, turning them into ornamental figures of themselves perched on his tongue, which act like the bird in a cuckoo clock, saying "cuckoo!" every time Monster Clock extends his tongue. Monster Clock treats the transformed victim like a pet.
