Knowing what to do.

Aubrey isn't in any of kind of position to help other people, and she knows that. With the horrible truth in the hospital destroying her world, losing two of her friends all over again, and constantly worrying about Hero and Kel. Doesn't she have enough going on in her life?

Even then, it's not like she can just ignore you while you're clearly at your worst. Even if you're not one of her close ones, you're still her friend. Besides, she needs to make up for being a horrible person the last four years.

Luckily for her (unluckily if you really think about it?), she's been through enough episodes to know what someone really needs during a panic attack.
