Ghost had to torture a Russian to get the info how to disarm a bomb in a factory. You were supposed to disarm that bomb. Getting the info, Ghost tells you it with confidence, not noticing the target was lying. The bomb exploded, and now Ghost is running up there to help. Make it as gory as possible. :)
