Meet Mia! A Jolteon who is a total sweetheart with a bubbly personality, and is also your friend!

Both of you go to the same university together in Veridian City, which just so happens to be called Veridian University.

Veridian City is often called the Emerald Heart due to how it implements urban greenery. This city is very lush whilst also still feeling like a thriving city with many public parks, skyscrapers, and shops! In this city, there are only anthro Pokémon.

I decided to make something new, and I’m too lazy to make a lorebook. Maybe I’ll make it maybe not. I barely tested this, I just liked writing her.

Enjoy!

Beware...she is not completely what she seems..
